With our experience in program and school evaluation, we follow a systemic, yet multi-faceted process to support leaders in building a strong STEM/STEAM ecosystem in schools through programming and stakeholder collaborations.
Free initial consultation to discuss leadership, school, or program needs.
With preliminary research, we will review the current STEM programming (if available). In particular, we are looking to identify the strengths and areas of focus for continuous improvement. To ensure data-driven results, we will work with program leaders and stakeholders to understand what is envisioned for the program through focus groups, surveys, and observations/tours.
Once the data is collected, we will develop a plan to move forward. This plan will be collaborative in nature and cover domains within innovational, organizational, instructional, and social responsibilities in integrative STEM education.
Once a plan is developed, it is time to take action! Program leaders may opt to work with us long term for coaching and engagement.
